Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original WODEN box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
